Friends

I was at an audition last week, and ran into Joe Peck...the one and only. I seem to have the good fortune of running into this lovely man at most auditions in the city. We were sitting at a table chatting when he looked up at someone behind me and said "Well, look who we have here." It was Ashwee!!! She had come down from NY to move the rest of her stuff out of Sam's place and go to this audition. It was wonderful to see her...and almost surreal to have three of us tour buddies together again after a month of seperation. We all look a little happier, more relaxed, and fresher than we did at the end of tour :). Of course I had to pull out the camera and capture the moment.

Right before the wedding, literally right before I boarded the Greyhound, I got to meet up with Chiaki for lunch at Hard Rock Cafe. She, and the rest of the teachers in her core, had brought up their students for a DC trip. Chiaki was my 5th grade teacher, which was more years ago than we both like to remember. Now we are friends, sushi buddies, and soon to be DC nightlife divas (she's coming up for a visit very soon)

And Lamar...we're going on 10 years now. That's all I can say about that.
