One of the best parts about doing a show is that you get to see your friends and family that you haven't seen for a while. It's an excuse for people to reunite. I hardly get to see my parents, and there are a lot of other people who I haven't seen in a while who are making their way to the Kennedy Center to see me perform. It's a great perk.
