The summer...

There is a chill in the air. Although I know the summer is hardly over, the cool breeze that ran through the city today brought on thoughts of fall and the realization that my precious summer is nearly through. Although my seasons were all messed up from travelling through parts of the country all year with different temperature norms (Arizona in November, BBQing by the pool...Texas is February, flip flops and tank tops), I had a nice lengthy summer in my beautiful Washington. I have recently been cast in a new show at the Kennedy Center which will open Nov 17th...so the fall is full of exciting, wonderful things. I've even been tossing around some ideas lately about possibily moving up north when my sublet is over in December, a perfect time to test the waters of the big apple...but NOT permanently, I like the slow steady south...more on that later :).

Here are some pictures from an outing I had this summer to Eastern Market. They make my mouth water at the sight of blue skies and summer behavior. No schedule, no time table, arms exposed and hearts lifted. And I also want a dog.
